Burlington Coat Factory has established a hotline that is intended to provide information regarding our donation process. The hotline can reached by dialing 609.387.7800 x2211.

Our Policy

Burlington Coat Factory considers donation requests for non-profit organizations/agencies only. Due to the volume of requests, all submissions cannot be honored.

Writing a Request

Donation requests must be submitted on letterhead at least 8 weeks before a charity event, and signed by a member of your organization's executive committee.

The letter must include a detailed description with the following information:

• Detail regarding the type of donation being requested
• Your organization’s Federal Tax ID number
• A contact name
• Complete Address
• E-mail Address
• Phone and fax number

Letters without the information above will be disregarded.

Sending a Request

Donation requests can be sent in one of the following ways:

• Faxed to 609.387.3447; attention Donations
• Mailed to:
  Burlington Coat Factory
  Attn: Donations
  1830 Route 130 North
  Burlington, NJ 08016-3020.

NOTE: If Burlington Coat Factory is able to honor your donation request, you will be contacted within 4 weeks of our receipt of the request. All others will be notified by email.
